Terms and Conditions

Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of OxyRouter, including the website, dashboard, API, playground, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use OxyRouter. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, and maintain the security of your password, API keys, and other credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may use OxyRouter only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to violate any law or the rights of another person.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, quotas, or billing controls.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
- Share API keys or account access in a way that exposes the service to abuse.
- Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful or illegally generated content.
- Resell or repackage the service without written permission.
We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, including limiting or suspending access.
Third-party models and outputs
OxyRouter routes requests to third-party model providers. Your use of those models may also be subject to the provider's terms and privacy policy. Model outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and you must not use the service as the sole basis for legal, medical, or other high-impact decisions.
API keys and bring-your-own-key credentials
You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for all requests made with them. If you connect your own OpenAI-compatible provider, you are responsible for that account, its endpoint, and any charges the provider bills you. We encrypt saved credentials at rest, but you must still protect your account and notify us if you believe a credential has been compromised.
Fees, wallet, and billing
Usage is charged against a prepaid wallet at the prices shown in the dashboard at the time of the request. You are responsible for keeping enough balance for your usage. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and top-ups, refunds, and payment disputes are handled under the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. We may change prices or introduce new fees with reasonable notice, and changes apply to usage after they take effect.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep OxyRouter available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, or other reasons. We may add, change, or remove features, models, or providers at any time. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers or events outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
OxyRouter and its website, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service. As between you and us, you retain whatever rights you have in the inputs you submit and the outputs you receive, subject to the applicable model provider's terms and to your compliance with these terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice before termination. Any balance or obligations that accrued before termination remain subject to these terms and applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OxyRouter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location where the service operator is established.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide a prominent notice or contact you directly where appropriate. Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
